Knit Type Fabric, possible stretch cotton, 1 Yard & 28"

This ended up in a bundle of fabric I bought. Looks like a type of knit, has stretch, soft on the inside. Looks like type of fabric for baby blankets or for diaper making?
1 yard & 28" long. 28" width of fabric (folded).
