ARTISAN "CLASSY" TOTE BAG! This tote bag is made completely by scratch in my store. From start to finish, made and handled by "Splash of Class Designs". My bags will be either one of a kind or super limited editions. You will have a tote that nobody has!
This Cobalt Blue with Cream Floral is a one of a kind!  The large cream florals are so beautiful accented with cream bottom, straps and lining. Large front pocket, fully lined with slip pockets inside, and a magnetic closure. Approximately 13" H x 15" W. Substantial bag, keeps its shape. 
I buy my fabric in pieces, not bolts. I like to have a wide variety of prints and designs. Many pieces of fabric I obtain may be vintage or discontinued prints. If you see a tote or bag you like, don't wait, chances are it will not be available again!
